XMAS EXCESS - LOOK AWAY NOW....

I had an absolutely fabulous Xmas, loads of great presents, and snow, and.. and... far too much wonderful food and drink.


This is the BEFORE picture taken at c. 10.00am.

Notice the svelte, conditioned torso.

Then after 12 hours of booze and more food than it is feasibly possible to consume, I finished the day like this.

The last sprout never made it past my lips............

Now on a strict diet and fitness regime - six sit ups, three press-ups and just four tins of  Tennants today,  I am getting there!!

Just got a text from my mate in Uganda - Roger Skeen - deep in the jungle at Semiliki - and all he is interested in is how the cricket is going - no wonder we lost the Empire!!!
