Lots of snow - not as much as I would like - and some sub zero temps.
Feeding the birds as much as possible has reaped its rewards. Double figures of Blackbirds, half a dozen Greenfinch and seven Rook. Rook are normally seen once or twice a year heading south over the garden in Autumn, so to have five of them squabbling over crushed peanuts was quite a surprise.
Some storming colours and clouds - still playing around with the camera and this blog, but more to follow.
The view North from the house.
And again that night.
Jades ( the daughters) favourite chicken - Tom
and mine - General Custer ( don't ask)
No more chicken pics for a while I assure you.
